The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of previous quality control experience in engineering and/or civil construction work. They thrive in a fast-paced and a team-oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

Key Responsibilities/Skills

• Provide scheduling support to assigned projects.
• Participate in updating the master schedule and enterprise reporting.
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule.
• Maintain quality assurance and control on assigned project schedules.
• Oversee sub-contractors.
• Track material costs and quantities entering project sites.
• Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory.
• Assist other engineering departments as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned
