Trillium Construction is now hiring in Eden Prairie, MN!

Our client designs, manufactures, and installs innovative renewable energy solutions, specializing in transforming outdoor parking lots and garages into power plants.

They are now looking to bring on a Construction Manager in Minnesota for a project in Eden Prairie and surrounding areas. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary between $90k - $120k. Full benefits include medical, vision, dental, unlimited vacation days, 401k, company truck/allowance, and gas card.

Duties include: -Assure compliance with contracts and contract documents. -Assure projects are built per schedule, per specifications and on budget. -Assure all personnel on site are following safety procedures, identify problems, provide solutions and conflict resolution. -Ownership for production, organization, and coordination of all trades on site. -Update all documents related to project.

Qualifications: -7-10 years experience of heavy commercial construction experience. -Experience with excavation, site work, foundation construction and steel installation required. -Clean driving record and valid drivers license. -Software proficiency: MS Office and MS Project.
