About the Role:
Join AdvantaClean of Greater Hartford as a Construction Laborer, where you will play a vital role in our mission to provide top-notch restoration and remediation services. We are looking for motivated individuals to help us deliver exceptional results while working in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites for restoration and remediation projects.
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials in residential and commercial properties.
• Support technicians in executing water, fire, and mold remediation tasks.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to management.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the industry.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in construction or restoration preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
