Construction General Laborer

Construction Laborer – $20–$22/hr

Location: Gettysburg, PA

Job Type: Full-Time

We’re hiring reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers for active job sites in Gettysburg. This is a great opportunity to join a solid crew, earn competitive pay, and work on long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with site prep, cleanup, and material handling

• Operate basic hand and power tools

• Support skilled trades as needed (carpenters, plumbers, etc.)

• Follow safety protocols and site instructions

Requirements:

• 1+ year of construction or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

• Reliable transportation to job site

• Safety-conscious and ready to work immediately

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
