Construction Document Controller

Insight Global is looking for a Construction Document Controller to join the Global Real Estate organization of a large financial services company for a key project. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of all project-related documents (submittals, RFIs, project plans, specifications, correspondence, etc). They will own the accuracy, organization, and compliance of each document in support of project guidelines and timelines. A key role will be compiling the documents with organization and managing how the documents should be organized, revised, distributed, maintained, and archived, if necessary. The Construction Document Controller will interface with all project stakeholders and must have strong communication skills and attention to detail. This individual will utilize technologies such as Procore and Microsoft Suite on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large construction initiatives as a document controller and strong with document control procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience within construction industry
- Extensive experience as a Document Controller for large construction projects
- Strong skill within Procore and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures
- Strong attention-to-detail and communication
