The Construction Administrator is a detail-oriented, deadline-driven professional responsible for overseeing construction projects and serving as the central link between project stakeholders. This role ensures that all administrative aspects of construction projects are managed efficiently, supporting successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all administrative aspects of construction projects.
• Serve as the central point of communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure efficient project delivery by managing timelines and deadlines.
• Coordinate and support project documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Utilize construction management software and other tools to maintain project records and data entry.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and construction management software (e.g., Foundation Software).
• Strong independent judgment and initiative.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in administrative support, construction administration, and project administration.

Work Environment

The Construction Administrator will work in an office environment equipped with general office equipment, such as copiers and scanners. The role involves using various software tools for project administration and requires effective coordination among multiple stakeholders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
