One of the nation's top General Contractors is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in concrete and paving. This role requires proven federal project experience and the ability to successfully manage large-scale, high-profile projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations on concrete and paving projects
• Ensure compliance with all federal project standards and specifications
• Manage subcontractors, crews, schedules, and safety programs
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners
• Maintain quality control and ensure timely project delivery
• Lead with professionalism, safety, and accountability on every project

Requirements:

• 6+ years of superintendent experience in construction
• Strong expertise in concrete and paving work
• Must have federal project experience (DoD, USACE, or other federal agencies)
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple crews
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, and quality control
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
