Job Summary

Detailed Responsibilities:

As a Concessions Manager, you will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of events, managing staff, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain excellent service delivery. Your role will involve developing and implementing operational strategies, maintaining budgetary control, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for compliance with safety regulations, optimizing workflow efficiency, and coordinating logistics for major events at the venue.
Daily Tasks:
Maintains "show quality" of all areas at all times
Understands all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services for large-scale events.
Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
Contributes to the completion of required department reports and assists in compiling information at month-end closing
Monitors inventory procedures for accountability
Re-stocking of concessions and bars to maximize event readiness
Interviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to Levy guidelines
Ensures team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
Overseeing onboarding and orientation training for new team members
Ensures that all security, safety, sanitation and maintenance standards are achieved
Ensures all products are properly stored, rotated and dated in accordance with the Levy guidelines
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Overarching Tasks:
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth execution of scheduled events.
Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
Maintain and track key performance indicators to drive operational excellence.
Ensure that all regulatory and compliance guidelines are met for the venue.
