Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Summary:
Join our compassionate team as a Computed Tomography Technologist where you will provide exceptional imaging services while adhering to the highest standards of practice and our organization's mission. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Review patient history and physician orders while educating patients about procedures and ensuring their understanding and compliance.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications as necessary, while continuously monitoring patient conditions and responding appropriately to any changes.
• Prepare equipment and select appropriate imaging parameters; troubleshoot and report any equipment issues promptly.
• Position patients effectively and perform imaging procedures with a critical eye for image quality, taking necessary actions to resolve issues, including repeating procedures when needed.
• Enter, transmit, and report scan results, and may perform 3-D post-processing.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Required Licensure/Certification: Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registered or registry eligible in computed tomography (CT) by the ARRT. State licensure if required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification is also necessary.
• Minimum Experience: None required.

• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross must be obtained prior to the start date and must remain valid for at least sixty days after hire.
