Join our dynamic team dedicated to improving lives! We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) and X-ray Technologist at UCHealth Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will provide high-quality imaging services that directly contribute to patient care.

Location: UCHealth Memorial Hospital North, Colorado Springs, CO

Department: CT Scan North

FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Flex

Pay: $37.35 - $52.29 / hour (dependent on experience)

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and either registered or registry eligible with completion of registry in CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 12 months. State licensure if required by law.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid for at least 60 days from hire date.
• ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification.

Your Contribution:

• Provide exceptional patient care through various imaging and radiologic procedures.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• Mentor newly hired imaging staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Stay abreast of new developments in a fast-paced and innovative clinical environment.
• Contribute to maintaining safety and quality at the point of care.

In this role, you will also:

• Review patient history and initiate CT images based on physician orders.
• Safely administer contrast media while monitoring patient conditions.
• Identify and report changes in patient conditions as necessary.
• Employ best practices in Radiology to ensure clarity in imaging and equipment functionality.
• Perform 3-D post-processing and assist in transmitting and reporting scan results.
