Compensation Analyst

Opportunity: CACI is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join a dynamic team that collaborates in the development, implementation, and optimization of CACI's executive compensation programs. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation and sales incentive plans to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with regulations. This role will collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide analytical insights and recommendations on compensation practices, market data structures, and incentive plans. This position will report to the Executive Director, Executive Compensation and Incentive Plans.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with team members to provide analyses, executive job evaluation, and incentive plans administration, to business leaders and Talent Acquisition
• Provide advice and guidance to business leaders on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity.
• Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity across roles and levels.
• Support the annual compensation planning process.
• Prepare and deliver compensation-related reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Partner with key stakeholders and consultants, including Finance, Legal, and HR, to ensure the effective execution of compensation programs.
• Actively seek to improve process efficiencies in all compensation-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field
• A minimum of 2-3+ years of Compensation experience
• General Compensation, Sales Compensation and/or Executive Compensation experience
• Strong analytical and technical skills including advanced expertise in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Workday HRIS, Payfactors.

• Desired: Project management

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $86,600 - $181,800
