We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Commercial Trucking Casualty Trainer. As a Commercial Trucking Casualty Trainer, the candidate will conduct classroom training for new and current associates. The ideal candidate will develop and recommend curriculum changes for casualty and liability roles. In overseeing the classroom, you will be responsible for reviewing student progress and reporting on each student's skills and development. If additional training is needed, you will make sound recommendations based on test results and personal evaluations. Prior casualty/liability or injury training experience required.

Requirements:

• Commercial Trucking Liability and Casualty Claims Experience Required - 2 years minimum
• Commercial Trucking Liability and Casualty Training Experience Preferred
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Must be able to work out of a GEICO office

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
