• 10+ years in commercial roofing (both new construction and re-roofing).
• Leadership experience running operations, ideally as a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager or similar.
• Strong financial acumenyou've had full P&L responsibility and know how to drive profitability.
• A hands-on leader who can manage people, projects, and clients all at once.
• Safety-first mindset and deep knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, metal, single-ply, etc.).
