Commercial Plumber

The commercial plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in commercial and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate must be familiar with the installation of PVC, Copper, Pex, and black iron materials.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Work with various materials including PVC, Copper, Pex, and black iron.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Set up toilets, sinks, and tubs.
• Collaborate with a small crew on commercial construction sites.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with PVC, Pex, Copper, and black iron installations.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Experience in setting toilets, sinks, and tubs in commercial settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in soldering and fitting cast iron.
• General labor skills in new construction environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
