Commercial Plumber

Job Title: Plumber

Pay: $33/hr., 40-50 hours a week

We are seeking a skilled plumber to join an apartment building project. This role requires working from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, focusing on the installation and final testing of plumbing systems within the complex.

Responsibilities

• Plumb bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.

• Conduct final air tests to ensure system integrity.

• Install water lines with equal spacing, ensuring adequate support and hangers.

• Set fixtures according to specifications.

Essential Skills

• 7+ years of experience in commercial plumbing installation.

• Proficiency in plumbing bathrooms and kitchens without supervision.

• Ability to maintain a steady work pace, completing 4-5 rooms per day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Work must be clean and neat.

• Must possess and be able to use own tools effectively.

Work Environment

The work is conducted at an apartment building site in Cleveland Heights. The role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
