Job Description

Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. Partners with the GM to manage team members and has expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The role involves sourcing parts from various channels, directing drivers for timely delivery, and is a full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with commercial customers
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Support and supervise team members daily
• Collaborate with the GM on coaching and development
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second-source suppliers

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Manage commercial credit accounts
• Ensure proper driver coverage in partnership with the GM

Success Factors

• Parts sourcing and inventory management skills
• Safety awareness and operating inventory and POS systems
• Automotive system knowledge, ASE P2 certification preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Primarily walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds. Work may be indoors or outdoors, exposed to weather, moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise. Reasonable accommodations can be provided.
