Job Description

Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition. Partners with the GM to manage team members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels, and directing drivers for timely delivery. This is a full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Support and collaborate with GM on team development
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Manage commercial credit accounts
• Ensure proper driver coverage in partnership with GM

• ASE P2 certification or equivalent preferred

Prior Experience

Minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Certificates and Licenses

ASE Certification preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Visual and physical agility required.

Work Environment

Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise is possible.

Position may be eligible for sales commissions based on performance.
