Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Painter to join our team in Casper, WY. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay and an opportunity to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial painting, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking
  
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
  
• Work on commercial buildings, both interior and exterior
  
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  
• Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  
• Perform touch-ups and surface repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Previous commercial or residential painting experience preferred
  
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and paint application
  
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as required
  
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Casper
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
