Commercial Litigation Paralegal
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in all phases of commercial litigation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of litigation: discovery, motion practice, trial prep
- Draft and proof legal documents including subpoenas, pleadings, discovery
- Manage case files and litigation calendars
- Coordinate document production and manage e-discovery platforms
- Conduct research, prepare summaries and trial binders
- File with federal and state courts, including e-filings
- Support attorneys during hearings and trial as needed
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm commercial litigation environment
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules
- Experience with high-volume case management and document review
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and litigation support platforms
- Paralegal certificate, Bachelor's, or CLA designation preferred

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
