A top-tier law firm is actively seeking a skilled and driven Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation to join its St. Louis office. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who want to take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced, collaborative, and sophisticated litigation practice.
Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Experience at a regional, national, or respected local law firm
• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills
• Judicial clerkship or court experience is a plus
  

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting complex pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Managing e-discovery and fact development for high-stakes litigation
• Taking and defending depositions
• Building litigation strategy and advising clients on both legal and business considerations
• Handling disputes in state and federal court from inception through resolution
  

Required Skills & Attributes

• Deep understanding of commercial litigation principles and procedures
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Business-savvy legal approach
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
