Leasing Contract Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Leasing Contract Specialist to support multiple locations with the preparation, review, and management of lease agreements. This role requires a strong understanding of legal terminology and contract language, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise commercial lease agreements and related documents for multiple properties.
• Interpret and apply legal language to ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with property managers, legal counsel, and external landlords to facilitate lease negotiations and approvals.
• Track lease terms, renewal dates, and critical deadlines to ensure timely execution and maintain organized records of all lease documentation and correspondence.
• Identify and escalate potential legal or operational risks within lease agreements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standardized leasing procedures across locations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in lease administration, contract management, or real estate operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong grasp of legal jargon and ability to interpret complex lease language.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management software.
• Paralegal certification or legal experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate laws and leasing practices.

Working in leasing offers exposure to a variety of industries, including real estate, automotive, tech, and construction. This role provides hands-on experience with contracts, negotiations, customer service, and compliance, sharpening legal and financial literacy. The leasing environment is a people-centric space where you build strong communication and negotiation skills, working closely with clients, vendors, legal teams, and property managers. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.80 - $74.00/hr.
