Commercial Construction Project Manager - Tri Cities, WA

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and lead commercial construction projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing ground-up builds, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
• Oversee RFI, submittals, and change order processes
• Conduct job site visits and ensure quality control and jobsite safety compliance
• Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication to stakeholders
• Manage contracts, billing, and project documentation

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (ground-up experience required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and construction methods
• Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (not required)
