Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Carpenter/Drywall Installers for projects located in Baltimore, MD . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

  Install metal stud framing for walls, soffits, and partitions

  n
n
• n

  Hang drywall panels and ensure proper alignment and fastening

  n
n
• n

  Finish drywall including taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing as required

  n
n
• n

  Install acoustical ceiling systems (drop ceilings)

  n
n
• n

  Set and secure commercial-grade door frames and install hardware

  n
n
• n

  Read and interpret construction drawings and follow job specifications

  n
n

Requirements

• n

  Proven experience in commercial carpentry and drywall installation

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency with hand and power tools related to framing, drywall, and ceiling systems

  n
n
• n

  Ability to read and follow blueprints and layout drawings

  n
n
• n

  Reliable transportation and attendance

  n
