Job Details
Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
• Conduct discovery, including depositions, document review, and motion practice
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Manage case strategy and client relationships
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
• Work collaboratively with partners and senior associates
• Develop and maintain client relationships
  

Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Strong experience in business disputes and commercial litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in motion practice and discovery
• Trial experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
