Are you a hands-on leader who can run a CNC shop like a well-oiled machine? We're looking for a CNC Shop Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environmentsomeone who knows their way around mills, lathes, and programming as well as they know how to inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of skilled machinists.
• Program and optimize CNC mills and lathes using G-Code and CAD/CAM.
• Ensure top-quality production, from setup to finished part.
• Keep projects on track, machines in peak shape, and safety front and center.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience with CNC mills and lathes (setup, operation, programming).
• Proven leadership in a shop environment.
• Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills.
• A drive for efficiency, quality, and team success.
