Cnc Programmer

Sign on bonus hiring a CNC Programmer with strong CAD/CAM skills to support precision machining operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Program and optimize CNC machines using Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software
• Interpret blueprints and design data to create accurate machining paths
• Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient, high-precision machining
• Create and maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, and work instructions
• Review and revise programs to correct errors and verify accuracy during initial runs
• Provide technical support to machinists and assist with problem-solving on the floor
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:

• 2+ years of CNC programming experience; Mastercam proficiency preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and machining process knowledge, including multi-axis work
• Experience with controllers such as Fanuc and Heidenhain
• Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus
• Technical degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience
