CNC Programmer

Staffmark is hiring a CNC Programmer for a growing manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. If you're experienced in CNC programming and looking for a stable, rewarding role with growth potential, we'd love to connect with you!

Pay: $25 - $29/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements
• Create and modify CNC programs (G & M code) for optimal performance
• Select proper tools, speeds, and feeds
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure product quality
• Operate machinery and material handling equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of CNC mill programming and setup experience
• Strong knowledge of G & M code, tooling, and machining processes
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Experience with horizontal and vertical milling machines
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically active roles
• Forklift experience/certification preferred
• Strong communication and ability to follow written instructions
