CNC Programmer & Operator Weekly Pay + Overtime!

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL

Pay: Competitive hourly rate + weekly pay

Schedule: Full-time | Overtime available every week

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer & Operator to join our growing team in Deerfield Beach. What You'll Do:

• Program and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce high-quality parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
• Set up machines, select tools, and monitor production runs for accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with CNC programming (G-code, Mastercam, or similar).
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
