CNC Machinist

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines at a Level 3 capacity.

Perform machine setups.

Load and unload machines.

Conduct regular quality checks.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.

Execute tool changes and offsets as needed.

Essential Skills:

3+ years of experience in CNC machining.

1+ year of experience reading and interpreting blueprints.

2+ years of experience with tool changes and offsets.

Experience with machine setups.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Programming experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

4-day work weeks. 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, providing a long weekend every week.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position near Racine, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
