Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a CNC 5-Axis Mill Operator to join their team. As a CNC 5-Axis Mill Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC 5-Axis Mill Operator

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $27-$32

Shift: 2nd and 3rd

What's the Job?

• Setting up and running CNC equipment to meet production goals.
• Performing in-process inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Making program and setup adjustments; collaborating with Engineering on tooling and programming improvements.
• Operating multiple machines and using manufacturing reporting systems.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.

What's Needed?

• Experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, and machining operations.
• High School Diploma or GED (Technical degree preferred).
• 2+ years of CNC milling experience; strong knowledge of G & M code.
• Ability to read blueprints and process plans.
• Willingness to work weekends or off-shifts as needed.
