Position Details

Shift: PM/Day shifts
Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Shift Times: 1:45 p.m. - 10:15 p.m. and 5:45 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.
Requirement: Every other weekend
Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours
Interview Process: Phone interview
Housing: Limited housing available on a first-come, first-served basis

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
Ensure resident comfort and safety while maintaining dignity and respect.
Assist with meals, hydration, and personal hygiene.
Support the healthcare team in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Education & Certification Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Minnesota.
Long-term care (LTC) experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience required.
Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills.
