Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the supervisor.
• Support clients with dementia by using patience, compassion, and specialized care techniques.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.

Requirements:

• Active CNA license or PCA experience/certification.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have completed dementia-specific training.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift, move, or assist clients as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a nursing home is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
