We're looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for an immediate travel opening in Duluth, MN.
The right CNA should have 1 year of experience in Home Health. Read below for more requirements.
As a CNA in home health, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a nurse or therapist. Your role is essential in helping patients maintain independence and comfort in a familiar environment.
As a CNA, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or therapist
• Take and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Support patient independence while ensuring care needs are met
• Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner according to agency policy
• Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home setting
• Travel between patient homes as scheduled and maintain professional conduct in all settings

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as a Certified Nurse Aid in a Home Health setting. Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification, hold the NNAAP National Certification and be eligible for State licensureHome health CNAs should be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care.
