Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented on-call Bartender to join our luxury premium Clubs team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Creates drink orders following alcohol serving guidelines in the inclusive clubs.
Utilizes the point of sale system to input drink orders accurately and present checks to guests for payment.
Sets up and stocks the assigned bar with necessary inventory, bar tools, and ice.
Responsible for all breakdown and cleaning of the assigned bar.
Helps create an overall enjoyable bar experience and promotes a safe, clean, and neat environment for guests and other associates.
Exhibits exceptional communication skills with all management, staff, and guests.
Gets along well with others, demonstrates flexibility and patience; possesses an interest in people; Maintains composure under pressure.
Demonstrates knowledge of building amenities to answer guest questions and provide directions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stadium/ Arena, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club, or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to (50) pounds.
