FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is based on the applicant's relevant experience.

Position Overview:

As a Clinical Therapist in Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our patients through effective counseling and therapy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions for assigned patients.
• Conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments of patients, their families, caregivers, and legal representatives.
• Identifying and coordinating both internal and external services/interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Participating in case reviews and care conferences to evaluate patient progress.
• Facilitating discharge planning, including identifying community-based resources and ensuring referrals are made.
• Collaborating with the care team to assess and coordinate discharge readiness.
• Utilizing appropriate educational methods to address the needs of patients and their families.
• Training and mentoring new staff, students, and interns as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure as LCSW, LPC, MFT, or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), or other acceptable licensure/certification as approved by department leadership.
