Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Join Our Team as a Clinical Therapist in Behavioral Health:

• Provide compassionate counseling and therapy for patients in both individual and group settings.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of patients and their families to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Coordinate necessary internal and external services and interventions; engage in care reviews to monitor progress.
• Facilitate discharge planning, identifying community-based resources and providing essential referrals.
• Employ effective teaching methods to meet the educational needs of patients and their families; mentor new staff, students, and interns as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure as LCSW, LPC, MFT, or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), or other approved licensure/certification.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced CPI certification within 30 days of hire and yearly recertification as per BHA regulations.
