Clinical Therapist for Behavioral Health

Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Compensation is based on relevant experience.

About the Role:

• Provide compassionate counseling and therapy to patients in both individual and group settings, establishing a safe and supportive environment.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of patients and their families or caregivers to inform treatment plans.
• Identify, provide, and coordinate appropriate internal and external services to support patient care. Engage in case reviews and care conferences to monitor and evaluate patient progress.
• Support discharge planning processes by identifying community resources, arranging referrals, and collaborating with the care team to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
• Utilize effective teaching methods to address patient and family educational needs. Serve as a mentor by training new staff, students, and interns as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD). Other relevant licensure may be considered based on departmental approval.
