FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

As a Clinical Therapist in Behavioral Health, you will:

• Provide individual and group therapy for assigned patients, developing personalized counseling strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments with patients and relevant family members or caregivers.
• Identify and coordinate necessary internal and external services and interventions, participating in care reviews to track patient progress.
• Assist in discharge planning, connecting patients with community resources, and ensuring a smooth transition from care.
• Utilize effective teaching methods to address educational needs of patients and families, while mentoring new staff and students as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), or equivalent licensure/certification as approved by department leadership.
