Position Summary/Department Summary:
We are currently seeking a full-time outpatient social work position (40 hours) to provide a range of clinical social work services to children, adolescents, and families in our Orthopedics/Cerebral Palsy Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Psychosocial screening and assessment; ongoing work with families facing chronic illness and facilitation of complex care needs
Provision of resource information and referral and psychosocial consultation to the multidisciplinary team.
Opportunities also for program development in collaboration with multidisciplinary team and other social worker on the service.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Master’s degree in social work

Experience:

Social work experience in medical environment highly preferred
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment ideal

Licensure/Certifications:

LCSW licensure in the state of Massachusetts is required, LICSW licensure in the state of Massachusetts highly preferred.
