Your Role & Impact

As a Clinical Resource Nurse in the Med/Surg unit, you'll play a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care using evidence-based practices. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, respond to changes in patient condition, and participate in discharge planning.
