What Youll Do:

• Serve as a mentor and clinical practice resource for staff
• Plan and deliver ongoing education and skills training
• Provide expert guidance in complex patient care situations
• Promote evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Act as a liaison between staff and leadership

Qualifications:

• RN license (Alaska, or ability to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
• 5+ years acute care RN experience preferred
• Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills

Work Environment: Acute care hospital setting with collaborative, team-focused culture. Occasional weekend or holiday shifts required.
