Your Role & Impact
As a Clinical Resource Nurse in the Med/Surg unit, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized nursing care using best practices. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other care team members, respond to evolving patient needs, and play an active role in patient education and discharge planning. Flexibility, sound clinical judgment, and compassion are key in this vital role.

Job Requirements
Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
Active RN license in the State of Alaska (or ability to obtain prior to start)
BLS certification required
ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire
New graduates welcome (structured training program provided)
Preferred: 1 year of med/surg nursing experience and CMSRN certification
