Key Responsibilities

• Develop business census aligned with strategic goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships within your assigned territory, focusing on face-to-face interactions.
• Optimize the referral-to-admission process for efficiency.
• Educate community members, referral sources, and physicians about our programs and services.
• Identify new opportunities through market analysis and insights.
• Address admission barriers and provide follow-up on admission variables.
• Conduct informative in-services and presentations about our services and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
• Current professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum two years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• Preferably one year of experience in a nurse liaison role or successful healthcare sales.
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.
