Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Rehabilitation Liaison

If you have strong clinical rehab liaison skills and are looking to make a meaningful impact in your community, we want to hear from you! As a Clinical Rehabilitation Liaison at Encompass Health, you'll be key in fostering referral relationships, managing your designated territory, and conducting patient assessments. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of our services through patient referrals.

Position Types:

• PRN
• Full-time (Monday to Friday with weekend coverage)
• Full-time (Friday to Tuesday)

Salary: $80k-$90k, based on experience

A Preview of Your Role

As a Clinical Rehabilitation Liaison, you will:

• Develop business strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and nurture strong relationships within your assigned territory through in-person engagements.
• Simplify the referral-to-admission process for prospective patients.
• Educate community members, referral sources, and physicians on our hospital's programs and services.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Address and resolve admission barriers while following up on admission processes.
• Conduct informative presentations about our services to various groups.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record as per company policies.
• Current clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare technology experience.
• Experience as a nurse liaison or in healthcare sales is a plus.
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, legal guidelines, market trends, and competitive analysis.
