Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Westside Oncology at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.

Per Diem/Day Shift

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).

Required qualifications:

• PharmD Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
• 2 years of PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting

Preferred qualifications:

• BPS Board Certified Pharmacist within 2 years of hire.
