Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and conducts required treatments and special tests, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Continuously assesses and evaluates patient needs, responding proactively to care rendered.
• Utilizes sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
• Provides primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administers prescribed medications and over-the-counter treatments as per orders.
• Collaborates with the nursing team to develop and maintain comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Directs and supports ancillary personnel, upholding the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
