• Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and families on managing their illness or injury.
• Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Participate in activities that promote patient safety and quality compliance.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate patients' needs.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• No prior nursing experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.

This is a full-time position with night shifts at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital, a community hospital serving the health care needs of families in the St. Charles area.
