The role you'll contribute:

The Clinical Liaison is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan to grow defined territory in order to meet census and admission goals. The Clinical Liaison will initiate and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources that results in converting referrals to hospital admissions.

Meets hospital goals for predetermined monthly census and admissions

Achieves targeted number of admissions per referral source

Develops and implement strategic marketing plans to include goals, objectives, strategies & tactics

Discusses hospital quality metrics and benchmark indicators with referral sources

Articulates Mission, Values and benefits of transferring to hospital

Qualifications:

Driver's License (DL)

Auto Insurance (AL)

Registered Nurse (RN)

Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Physical Therapist (PT)

Occupational Therapist (OT)
