Clinical Infusion Pharmacist

Summary

• Nation's Infusion at Home is seeking a full-time, experienced Infusion Pharmacist for our office in Owings Mills, but part-time availability will be considered for candidates with both Maryland and DC licenses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• PharmD required from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Experience working in a Home Infusion pharmacy setting strongly preferred
• Experience and strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment
• Knowledge of Performance Improvement Principles and Practices.
• Active Maryland license granted by the State Board of Pharmacy
• Preferred: active DC and/or Virginia Pharmacist licenses
• At least 1 year of experience in sterile IV admixture procedures in Home Infusion

$56 to $73 per hour dependent on experience
