Shift: Days

Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Overview:

• Provide compassionate counseling and therapy to patients in both individual and group settings.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments for patients and their families to ensure tailored care.
• Coordinate and arrange necessary services and interventions, participating in case reviews to monitor patient progress.
• Assist in detailed discharge planning, identifying community resources, and offering referrals to support a smooth transition.
• Utilize effective teaching methods to meet educational needs of patients and families, while also contributing to the training of new staff and students.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), or other licensure/certification as approved.
• BLS and CPI training to be completed within 6 months of hire.
